  • We strive to accurately display the colors and sizes of our products on the Site. However, the actual colors and sizes may vary depending on your monitor or device.

  • All prices are displayed in USD and are subject to change without notice.

  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to, product availability, errors in pricing or product information, or suspected fraud.   

  • Once you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This email does not constitute acceptance of your order. Your order is accepted when we ship the products to you.   

  • We make every effort to ship orders promptly. However, shipping times are estimates and may vary. See our Shipping Policy for more details.

3. Payment:

  • You agree to pay for the products you order using the payment method you choose at checkout.

  • You represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the payment method you provide.

  • We use secure payment processing methods to protect your payment information. However, we are not responsible for any unauthorized access to or disclosure of your payment information.   

4. Returns and Exchanges:

5. Intellectual Property:

  • All content on the Site, including but not limited to, text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property ofTk Creative Designs and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.   

  • You may not use any content from the Site without our prior written consent.

  • You may be able to submit content to the Site, such as reviews or comments.

  • You are solely responsible for the content you submit.

  • You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and worldwide license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute any content you submit.

  • We do not warrant that the Site or Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
