REFUND POLICY

At Tk Creative Designs, we strive to provide our customers with luxurious and high-quality garments. We understand that sometimes a return or exchange may be necessary. This Refund Policy outlines our procedures for returns and exchanges. Please read it carefully before making a purchase.

Eligibility for Returns:

• To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn, in its original condition, and with the original tags attached. It must also be returned in the original packaging.

• Returns are accepted within 30 days of the date you received your order.

• The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Sale items, Intimate apparel, Swimwear, Accessories 

• We reserve the right to refuse a return if the item does not meet these conditions.

Return Process:

1. Contact Us: You must contact us within 30 days of receiving your order at tkdesignsllc2021@gmail.com to request a return authorization. Please provide your order number and reason for the return.

2. Return Authorization: Once your return is authorized, we will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and instructions for shipping the item back to us.

3. Packaging: Carefully package the item in its original packaging, including all tags and accessories.

4. Shipping: Ship the item back to us within 5 days of receiving the RAN. You are responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the return is due to a defective item or an error on our part. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and insuring the package, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged returns.   

5. Processing: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return policy criteria. Please allow 1-3 business days for us to process your return.

Refunds:

• If your return is approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.

• The refund amount will be the purchase price of the item, excluding any original shipping costs.   

• Please note that it may take 7-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or credit card company.   

Exchanges:

• We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, you must return the original item for a refund and then place a new order for the desired item.   

Defective Items:

• If you receive a defective item, please contact us immediately at tkdesignsllc2021@gmail.com. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund, including any return shipping costs.

Sale Items:

• All sale items are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.

Changes to this Refund Policy:

• We reserve the right to update or modify this Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will beposted on this page.
